Payment

Upon confirmation of your preferred dates, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit, with the final 50% to be paid a week before arrival

Minimum stay

We like to be flexible over dates, however the minimum stay duration will be 3 nights, and maximum stay of 3 weeks, unless otherwise agreed

We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there’s anything that we can do to facilitate this (heat up dinners left in the fridge for late arrivals), please let us know beforehand.

Parking

There is ample parking on site for up to 5 cars without blocking access, and the town of Meeniyan is a short stroll down the hill, so there’s no need to drive to get that early morning coffee

Pets

Sorry, but pets are not allowed

Environment

We have a 5kW rooftop solar system, so to minimise the environmental impact of your stay, please consider using the A/C, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer during the middle of the day when solar generation is greatest. The house is double glazed, facing north, on a large thermal mass, and very well insulated, as we have tried to minimise the operational energy footprint in it’s design.
